Information And Routes To Support For People Who Are Clinically Extremely Vulnerable

Today we have finalised a letter to all CEVs in Leeds – giving them assurance about continued support if they need it, the updated advice for staying safe now restrictions have been lifted, and informing them about a range of health, wellbeing and welfare opportunities that are open to them.

You can download the booklet outlining these opportunities here: https://bit.ly/CEVSupportLeeds We have additionally made a limited number of paper copies – and if you require one of these, please send an email to covid.partners@leeds.gov.uk

Attached to this email is the updated Routes to Support document – and as usual, I would encourage you to circulate to your teams/ partners or anyone who may be working with someone who is clinically extremely vulnerable. The Routes to Support document can also be downloaded here: https://www.dropbox.com/t/7Bk0VFRSD5a4ng2B if it is easier to circulate a link.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to get in touch. I will be around today and tomorrow and then on leave – but the covid.partners@leeds.gov.uk inbox is being monitored.

Huge thank you to everyone who has contributed to putting together this comprehensive and diverse set of activities and support. #TeamLeeds We have had so many people tell us how they have felt cared for, supported and clinically “valuable” because of our approach – and many have asked me to pass on their thanks too.

Hope you all manage to get some rest over the summer,

Rachael
