Your News – Acknowledgements

"With regards Community Highlights Team and to be honest I was flabbergasted that they had even had the confidence to start the magazine, Community Highlights, without much support let alone backing or if, minimal.

I know that they have had issues with printers, plagiarists and general negative voices over the years but the majority of supporters always welcomed the magazine's input, adverts and awareness as well as it remembrance and respect those who have passed in an established community, some of whose relatives have contributed pretty much from when the arrived all those years ago in 50's Leeds, despite the poor reception and treatment they received.

Community Highlights persevered in putting out positive and progressive news for Leeds 7 and surrounding areas for which this publication has grown. Make no mistake they then had supporters and backers of high esteem who continue to support the publication including now that it continues to update and also be online resource.

I give full credit where it is due and I am really proud of what they have achieved.

So those of you who think you can replicate in a second - think again.

This has been done through sheer hard work and determination, not a flash in the pan exercise!

I hope you get all the admiration and credit due to you as you deserve it. Just keep getting better and better - WOW 21 years! An achievement, more established editorials have gone under including well known magazines - if you do not believe me check for yourselves, others have even merged. But Community Highlights. has just kept going - brilliant.
