Welcome! I’m your new It works! UK Independent Distributor.

My story?? The short version: I had a lot of negative and unhappy personal change, including walking out of a permanent teaching post.

I now teach and run my It Works! business during hours that suit myself and my family and I’m much happier (as are my family).

During those dark days, I stopped taking care of myself mainly through letting my eating habits go and gained two and a half stone (35lbs) over a relatively short period of time.

I have now had my ‘light bulb moment’ and have taken control of my eating habits again coupled with power walking (I don’t like jogging / running) and Zumba.

It Works! is the latest step in my transformation and I invite YOU to join me. All you have to do is say YES, then watch yourself transform like a Phoenix – from the old to a fabulous new YOU!
